I think he wants to use the Engine wallpaper as the background of the webcam using Xsplit.

Probably use some wallpaper from the library as a background on his webcam, as well as taking videos from youtube or any other image and adding it as a background.

Simply put.... "Can I use wallpaper engine wallpapers as a webcam background?".

you can allready do it but not with xsplit, with obs you can do it
