Wallpaper changes not saving after restart
Every time I restart the PC or the app it reverts to the previous wallpaper. No matter what I do it does not remember any changes I've made.

Example: I have "Battlefield Particles 1" active, and then I change it to "Deep Space 2". The next time I start my PC it will go back to Battlefield Particles...

Can you disable 'high-priority' and try it if you have that enabled?

I've figured out the problem now. It needs to be specifically run as administrator in order to save any changes,

Which means after the PC starts up I have to manually close it, and then restart it from the start menu as Administrator..

The program doesn't need to be run as admin, so something seems to be wrong. Did you have Steam running as admin while you first started it perhaps?

It was a windows security/permission problem. Running as administrator got around it, but after reinstalling windows the problem went away compeltely.
