I guess the problem is that the driver does not apply your custom settings quickly enough. Does it maybe work better without high-priority mode in case you have it enabled?

Maybe reinstalling the driver and checking the checkbox for a clean install helps?

Have you tried using the driver version that does not have this issue?

There is no code in the program that does anything with these settings, I don't even know if that's possible.

when i disable wallpaper engine start with windows its stop reseting my saturation when i restart my pc

I understand but there is nothing that changes any of your settings. The driver must have a bug when a program that plays videos starts right after you logged in.

You said the issue started after you updated the driver and Windows so maybe Nvidia broke something and you could skip this version of the driver. Did you try using the driver you had previously installed to check whether it is caused by Nvidia's update or the Windows update?

i try use older driver

If the older driver doesn't work either you can also try to disable 'video hardware acceleration' or instead use LAV filters: http://steamcommunity.com/app/431960/discussions/2/1484358860951576217/

But LAV uses your hardware acceleration too. It has options to choose between different methods of hardware acceleration in the LAV control panel. Maybe one method does not suffer from this bug in the driver.

It would probably be best if the issue wouldn't exist in the first place so I would urge you to try tell Nvidia: https://forums.geforce.com/default/board/33/geforce-drivers/

Isn't that a beta driver? It says that I'm updated when I have 388.13 installed. Do you think you could try to tell them with a ticket www.nvidia.com/object/support.html or in the forums above? I'm already in the middle of a conversation since they have a number of errors in their software right now, but I eventually got a response that seemed promising on the Geforce Experience issues at least.
