Not a full screen mode

Well... As shown in the ss- there's a little space on each side of a monitor that wallpaper does not cover. The resolution is 1920x1080 and graphics are run by radeon 7800.
It is for most of the wallpapers i download, but there are some exceptions, well only few to be exact that filled the whole screen.

Can you try resetting all video related options in the Radeon settings? It looks like it affects videos only.
