Livestream Issues

So I'm trying to get my background to take a live feed from somewhere and display it. I've had tons of issues, one big one being that Youtube Live videos do not work in wallpaper engine. I've found one live camera of a ski resort that seems to work, but it doesn't load on start up of my computer, I have to open the 'change wallpaper' option in the menu for wallpaper engine, and reload the wallpaper of the webpage for it to work. On another site for a nearby ski resort that I'd really like to use for a background, when I go fullscreen, the video doesn't go fullscreen, and stays the same size with black bars around it.

If anyone knows how to fix any of these issues, or an easier way of adding live streams to Wallpaper Engine, please let me know.

Also, it seems that in the wallpaper engine browser the streams are fairly choppy, I assume that is to be expected

Youtube videos and play lists are possible and in full screen. However a LIVE youtube stream is not due to the fact that there is no end of file like there is with a pre recorded video
