Black border
There's an annoying black border around most wallpapers and it makes them look bad. It doesnt show on my current wallpaper but it is on all the others. In Windows Media Player the border shows up but in VLC player the borders arent there. I have checked to see if other people have had this problem and there are no solutions I have seen. If anyone knows how to fix this a solution would be greatly appreciated.
My resolution is 1920x1080

Try resetting your global video options in the graphics driver. Wallpaper Engine uses the same/similar Windows features that WMP uses, so yeah, it seems to be a problem with their settings.

It's not a bug in Wallpaper Engine, it's an issue with your graphics card drivers. Have a look at our FAQ:

Did you do a clean re-installation or did you just update them? If it's not a clean re-installation, the issue likely will not be fixed. When in doubt, use DDU:

This issue is old and known and everyone who has had it in the past has fixed it this way, so please double-check that the re-installation was definitely done in a "clean" way.
