Have you used 'take snapshot' or import preview before publishing? Does it show the preview image in the publish dialog?

I'm getting the same error message. It shows up in my installed wallpapers but without the preview image.

I think I figured it out, it's not saving the project. So after adding a preview, just click on file -> save first.

Hi, Biohazard! Thank you for your reply. I've tried deleting the project files, reuploading them, ensuring they are saved, but when I try to publish, I still receive the same message.

You only need to manually save I think, no need to recreate the project. I already tried to fix it on the beta, which you could try out here: http://steamcommunity.com/app/431960/discussions/2/350544272219415004/

idk if this bug is already fixed bc the discussion is from 2017 but it happened to me today, my solution: close the publish page, in my case the "run preview" tool was running on the editor page, then i turned that off and it worked no problem.
