Ultimate Wallpaper 'maker'

Im working on a wallpaper for wallpaper engine.
Or rather, a program that runs within wallpaper engine, and im curious if others want to test it or not. Basically, should I upload it now in an early work in progress state so that I can get feedback on what you guys want, or keep it to myself as I polish and add more to it.

I have not used workshop before so I am also curious if its easy to update a workshop item I make as I work on it. Currently my "wallpaper" works however is missing many effects/overlays that I desire.

WHAT IT DOES:
when you load the wallpaper it is blank, but gives a menu on your desktop to choose an image file.

After you choose a file you can easily add effects and overlays. Things like making the image animated with a water effect, or add particles floating on top of the image, add a clock in the center, add some mouse effects, paricles lasers etc etc etc.

ESSENTIALLY, it lets you make any image interactive/animated like some of the other wallpapers already available except you dont need to have someone already create the background with an image you desire.

Also, it needs a name, so give me ideas?

Great idea would love to test it! You can update your wallpaper by opening the file i think. You should just stick with ultimate wallpaper maker maybe put your name in front so people know its the right one!

You can update an existing Workshop item just by publishing it again, the button will say "publish update" then. So it shouldn't be an issue to start sharing it now.

As Renekie said, Wallpaper Engine actually has similar stuff now (in the beta) since the 2D/3D editor was underdeveloped thus far. I still need a while to implement all of it though, only the image effect system will be in the next update.

Are you using Unity/UE4/Web or did you code it from scratch natively?

Good to know about being able to update it.
Im making it in Html5.

Ive got a few things I want to experiment with, mostly a drag and drop overlay system to add things such as lens flare or glowy areas and any other overlay type of items.

I might upload it tonight despite how minimal it is so far haha.
