Wallpapers removed on restart
When I use a wallpaper from Wallpaper Engine, and restart or shutdown my pc, everytime I boot the pc my Wallpaper engine wallpaper is gone and I'm back to my windows 7 wallpaper. Any fix or setting I'm missing?

Did you enable 'start with Windows' in the options of Wallpaper Engine?

I think the issue of the OP is that the application doesn't start with Windows at all. Your problem might be with Steam I think, did it delete your subscriptions? Or are they just not showing up?

Then you probably have the same issue as this user: http://steamcommunity.com/app/431960/discussions/1/135511757694864446/
If you have any idea what caused it, I could forward it to Valve for them to fix, but I don't know if there's any way to reproduce it yet.

Will upgrading to windows 10 fix it?

Check my first message, I think your issue is different from what the other user posted: http://steamcommunity.com/app/431960/discussions/2/135511757693968975/?tscn=1489757958#c135511757694876793

Or did I misunderstand?

I had an issue with the wallpaper turning white after restarting the computer. I easilly solved it by moving it from C:/ to E:/. the issue was that it couldn't update the config files and stuff since it was read-only. I hope I helped, but I guess i'm a bit late to this conversation :)
