I don't think that the EVGA Precision conflict causes any driver issues, do you also have other 3D hooks/OSDs installed? Because some may break even worse, but generally they always have exclusion lists for situations like this.
thank you Biohazzard
but do you know how to exclude it in the EVGA software, i dont see anything on Precision XOC to exclude.
and Stormknight yeah i noticed after posting like a noob, sorry (",)
Also, it's REALLY not obvious on how to set-up exclusions.
You need to do the following:
1) Exit out of EVGA Precision.
2) Locate the folder where EVGA Precision is installed (C:\Program Files (x86)\EVGA\Precision XOC).
3) Run the executable "XX_PrecisionXServer.exe" - if it doesn't display, click on the new icon in the system tray.
4) That's the interface where you ADD applications that you want to exclude. You need to add the Wallpaper engine executables.
5) Now run EVGA Precision again.
6) Run Wallpaper Engine.
Should all be good now! :)
many many thanks
