I'm not sure what exactly you want to do now. But the wallpapers you download are placed under
<drive>:Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\431960

if you have trouble streaming your desktop via obs your problem might be that obs deactivates windows aero if that option is activated.
you can deactivate if by going obs -> options -> video -> uncheck the box under fps.

If the intention was to have keep audio visual support you still need to run the html thru wallpaper engine. Since your windows background isnt always visable and obs have no option to just capture your windows wallpaper you can use a workaround I found.

Open the wallpaper in the wallpaper engine editor (If its not your wallpaper you can select make new and link to the wallpaper that you have downloaded in /workshop/content/431960),
from there scale the window in the editor as big as you can and select the right preview aspect ratio.

When that is done you can put the window offscreen and open OBS.
From there create "Window Capture" and select the wallpaper engine window (ui32.exe).
If this is used as an overlay instead of a background you can use "Color Key" and key out black if thats the background. I use Similarity: 1 and Smoothness: 1000 since my background is just one solid color and I have objects that have varying alpha.

Enjoy.
