Can you make your own background?

Can i make my own background using a gif that I have downloaed on my computer or do I have to use one from the workshop?

you can make your own right click the symbol then click create wallpaper then use the video option and import it and you can choose to upload it to workshop or keep it for yourself

But you can do all kind of 3d stuff with pictures and make them move etc etc.

I mean… u cant make 3D scenes with just pics, but download blender from steam (its free) and make something u like then output them in .obj files, then u can make some cool 3D scenes

You can use your gifs by clicking "open from file" in the change wallpaper screen.
