Filter anime wallpapers?
The amount of anime wallpapers is ridiculous.
Is there any way to filter them?

Use the browser / search feature from within Wallpaper Engine itself, and you could use the filters, such as to filter out Anime and MMD tags, which should help greatly lessen the Anime wallpapers results when searching.
