Cant plat any video from other sites. In window it say me,what I need Adobe flash player to play. Can help?

Close Wallpaper Engine then download then install the "PPAPI" version of flash from:
https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/
That should hopefully fix the issue you're having for web-based wallpapers.
