How to unlock the cards for Wallpaper engine

Hello,

I would really appreciate it if someone could explain to me what I have to do in order to unlock the steam cards for wallpaper engine.
If I find out before anyone posts it here, then I will post the answer.

I think you just have to be in Wallpaper Engine. At the bottom right on steam your profile picture is shown. It either has a black/gray, blue or green line around it. If green, hover over it with your cursor. If it says you are in Wallpaper Engine you should be fine. Just stay in the application for some time until you got 3* card drops from it.
