Audio visualizer not working at all?

I just put it to my Razer kraken USB but it still doesn't work, what the hell?

Okay I found a fix (that video of yours is old) Open task manager, Head to startup and disable ALL RAZER AUDIO RELATED SOFTWARE

Just disable Synapse, They are the one conflicting

I just bought it and I'm having the same issue. Is there any other fix than disabling Synapse? It's too crucial to disable.

Get Razer Cortex (from the razerzone homepage) , go to the "gamecaster" tab and activate microphone there, worked for me

I fixed it - finally. Used CCleaner to deactivate the program "KrakenChromaHelper" on startup, and it worked (no damn clue why).

it just uses my voice and spotify..

I realize this is an ancient post, but I had ths problem too, but I managed to fix it by resetting all settings back to default. That solved it for some reason.

Mine had this problem aswell but i fixed it after just restarting my PC, now it works fine.
