Is there a possibility to synchronize Wallpaper Engine and razer synapse so that my peripirals change the color in accordance with features on the wallpaper or the other way round?

Haha, I think you just gave this user a very late update because this post is from early 2017. But yes, it's now possible to use Razer Chroma hardware with Wallpaper Engine with the latest update, though it's still somewhat of a beta feature:

Hello,
After you download Razer Synapse 3, on the top line go to "CONNECT". Then click on the Wallpaper Engine app once, and click enable. That will make your keyboard's RGB connect with Wallpaper Engine based on the wallpaper that you have

When the update first rolled out, I was able to do this. I was actually going through all of my wallpapers to see how it looked. Then I restarted my computer and the option was no longer available. I'm not sure if I like used it too much and it stopped working or what, but I've checked everything from the settings in Wallpaper Engine to the settings in Synapse. Both are enabled so I don't know why I can't use it anymore. I'm very sad. :c

Make sure the Razer Chroma effects are enabled in Wallpaper Engine. Go to the Wallpaper Engine settings, open up the "Plugins" tab and then click on the cogwheel icon next to "iCUE & Chroma SDK". Make sure the "Enable Chroma SDK integration" checkbox is selected and the three checkboxes at the bottom for Scene, Video and Web.

Be sure to try this feature with a Scene wallpaper as they should always work when the checkbox is ticked. Try the "Neon Sunset" wallpaper which comes with Wallpaper Engine by default and make sure "Enable LED effects" is ticked on the right when selecting the wallpaper.

What problem do you have exactly that you are trying to fix?

It would be great if you could make a separate thread because like you said, it has nothing to do with this thread. Please create a new thread for your issue in the forums, we'll respond there.
