This is basically the reason I got the program. I`d resort back to Rainmeter if there is no option.
And for speakers, Logitech.
Is it maybe just too quiet in your case? What are you using to play the music with? The master volume in Windows doesn't affect the recording volume, but the volume of the app you are using does (e.g. the volume slider in Youtube).
If Rainmeter works for you, I presume that Sonic Suite 2 is not causing the problem, unless they have an exception for Rainmeter. (Or you are using a Rainmeter plugin that does not use WASAPI).
From what other users report it should work if you start Nahimic after Wallpaper Engine.
Well. it certainly wasnt quiet. I was listening from youtube, max volume. Any other application was maxxed in volume as well with no avail.
I also set recording volume in the program to 200%.
However, when using the Microphone as input, it works quite well and reacts to the slightest volume change.
Does the format I use also influence whether the audio is captured or not? I`ve had problems with the Xbox app DVR where it would record no audio unless set to a specific Hz.
Currently using 24bit 192000Hz. Maybe that has something to do with it.
Any format should work, though if you go below 44.1khz, it will become slower.

I can see the errors, a lot of them. Have a look, it would make more sense to you.
im using Realtek, i dont use headset im using earphones, and i dont have any sound manipulating programs.
when i use my mircophone as input it works perfect but others doesnt work
here is my log file

@Elannor
Which exact Rainmeter skin/plugin is working for you? Because the error indicates that WASAPI just flat out doesn't work due to interferences. So maybe you have a Rainmeter plugin that is using something other than WASAPI.
Vis Bubble in this case.
And many others. I`m going to try some things, maybe i need several restarts/reconfigurations.
I remember doing something similar for the one in Rainmeter.
EDIT: Apparently, every time I alter the input method, i have to restart the entire system. Restarting the program doesnt work. Thus, restarting system and changing input did nothing.
Weird. But i tried by changing input on the Rainmeter gadget and I found the same issue.
Changing input requires system restart.
The log shows that Windows returns the correct sample rate, so I doubt that causes it, but can't hurt to test.
