i can´t get in settings or change background.....

i have windows 7 asus and wallpaper engine goes wrong.. i can´t change backgrounds or go on settings just i click on settings or change background and not work........ pls help

Can you close everything and try running wallpaper32.exe directly as admin?

Try verifying the Wallpaper Engine files (make sure Wallpaper Engine is turned off before you do this):

If that does not work and you have antivirus / firewall software installed, try temporarily disabling them, other users had issues like that with in combination with overzealous antivirus tools in the past.

Make sure the issue is happening when you run the scan tool to maximize the data we can see.

Can you run the scan tool again and make sure you run it while the settings window is not working? Again, make sure the broken settings Window is visible and THEN run the scan tool and do not close the settings window until you have saved the full log. Otherwise I cannot see all debug data.
