ANTI CHEAT SAFE?
Will this software trigger the following, VAC,PUNK-BUSTER,MLG, and any other anti cheats that i am not aware of?

It doesn't inject anything anywhere, so it won't trigger anything. It just runs as a normal application, no overlays or hooks.

It's triggering the anticheat system in Hell let loose, so it's not completely safe.

I doubt very much that this interferes with EAC, possibly due to something else on your PC. Wallpaper Engine is just another user level program, no DLLs are injected into any process or anything like that.
