Please allow me to turn on the sound on the wallpaper on android

all sound are turn off in the android app. because it would cause problem with the phone when you are getting calls and such

Live wallpapers on Android do not play any sound
Wallpaper Engine for Android does not support audio playback for wallpapers, all wallpapers are automatically silent on your Android device

and as far as I can read on google there is no control for it if you chose to put your own video with sound as a wallpaper on android you only have a on/off for sound in the setting if you turn it on it will play sound non stop even when you have a call

and who do you call stupid ? I hope it is yourself
