Transfering wallpapers

Hello, recently i've been travelling and i decided to install it on my phone, but i'm not able to bring my pc with me, is there a way for me to somehow connect my steam to the android app to have acess to my wallpapers or something? Thanks.

The android app is not able to download from the workshop by itself. You need the desktop application to download and convert the wallpapers to a .mkpg file for mobile usage.
