Advice on playlist functionality

Is it possible to implement a function for a playlist to play a video only once, then skip the video to loop?

Yes, in the playlist settings enable the "Always begin with the first wallpaper" option and the "First wallpaper played at startup only" option. This way, the first wallpaper is only placed once when the app first starts and then never again.

But I don't see this feature in the android version of the app:(

Ah I am sorry, I missed that you posted on the Android forums. I am afraid the Android version has no such functionality, at least not right now. We'll consider it for a future update.
