some wallpapers lag a lot (android)
I don't know if it's a problem with my cell phone, or some wallpapers are heavy, but I've experienced a lot of lag with some of them. Any tips to reduce the lag? I tried some of the lower resolution export options but it still lags lol (Lag usually appears on wallpapers that have animation and x-ray)

Few wallpaper requires higher processing power, such as particles simulation, rotated joints and such. Video aren't lag much since it just like playing a video, but scenes (which is the adjustable wallpaper you mention) are rendered in real time, like games, they are calculated on the run. Scenes uses higher resource than video, but PC, especially decent one, handle it just well. Take a note that phone is always weaker than a gaming PC. It's impossible for snapdragon 855 and even paired with nvidia Tegra to even match i7 8700k with 1060 3gb for example. Since phone have lesser firepower, scene's complexity are more noticeable in performance.

That's why same scene with different tweaks can result in different fps in phone, even both of them result in 60 fps in desktop.

It really depends on your device, if you want the interactivity, the "Balanced" export option works best and should drastically improve performance. If you still experience low FPS with that, your phone likely has some sort of bottleneck that causes the FPS to go down heavily.
