When the mobile phone switches the background application, the desktop is black. Under normal circumstances, switching the background application should be desktop blur.

The launcher may be telling the live wallpaper to pause and then it gets cleared. I don't think it is possible to differentiate why the pausing is occurring, i.e. due to the screen getting locked or another app being in the foreground, it's important to save battery or the wallpaper would always be running.
