can't load wallpaper
my app today can't load the wallpaper which i choose when i set it up(after i reboot my phone),but i can still use other app to set live wallpaper

when i set up and jump to live wallpaper picker,the wallpaper unable to load

Which phone do you have exactly? Are you able to preview the wallpaper in the app or does that also not work?

i use xiaomi 8, i also can't preview the wallpaper in the app,i even use a local video to load,but still fail. it successfully work until i reboot my phone:steamsad:

when i choose one wallpaper and click the upper right corner,then it jump to the system wallpaper picker,and then it loading all the time

and other wallpaper app can jump to the system wallpaper picker,and load successfully

Try disabling the option "pause while saving battery" in the general settings of the app first, does this make a difference?

when I'm in the interface which can click the preview button ,the middle of the screen has a circle that keeps turning

Okay, maybe we will have to buy this phone to see what the problem is.

This is an older version, 2.0.14, can you install it and see if it works? Maybe we can find the issue by looking at the changes, but otherwise we will have to order the phone: https://www.wallpaperengineapi.com/wallpaper-engine-2.0.14.apk

i install this version and it can load successfully once or twice,and when i click apply nothing happened,maybe not your problem,It should be the mobile phone's problem:steamsad:

The difference of the preview between the versions is battery saver support. In the old version the preview was not reacting to the battery saver, so maybe it has to do with the battery saver after all.

i find the reason. when you insist on saying the battery saver, i uninstalled my another battery saver(although it useless and i can use wpe when I have this saver),then wpe worked successfully:steamfacepalm:,thanks for your assistance
