Two problems for mobile app happen to me. 我遇到了两个关于手机版问题

1. App will disconnecting when I use "send to my mobile device" and then it will reconnect in a second. This problem will interrupt process of upload and I can not send wallpaper to my mobile phone. It warms " error client lost during upload". I was try every methods I know including change firewall and using hotpot( there is another problem, when I using my phone hotpot and i turn off Wi-Fi , it will remain me i should open Wi-Fi. Even my phone and computer is already in the same hotpot)

手机软件会在接收文件的时候断开连接，然后瞬间恢复连接。这会导致我无法传输壁纸。电脑软件会提示“ error client lost during upload" 我试着用了所有我知道的方法，包括修改防火墙，都没有用和使用热点，这都没有用（热点这里有另外一个问题，我开热点连接电脑，并关掉wifi之后，会提示我需要打开wifi即便我已经连上了）

2. My app can not import mpkg subject in my folder which is export from wallpaper engine. WTF? Serouis ? It only can use mp4 and mp3.

我的手机软件无法导入壁纸引擎导出的mpkg文件， 你在逗我吗？它只能读出mp4或者mp3格式的文件

Is it possible that your screen is automatically locking while you are waiting for the upload? We have already tried to solve this for a future update, because some phones will terminate apps more aggressively when the screen locks.

If this is not what is happening, at what time does it disconnect? Does it disconnect immediately or when the upload process starts? (If you are uploading a scene type wallpaper, the upload process starts right in the middle at 50%).

We have registered the normal file associations and tested it on dozens of devices, but the reality is that there are too many devices with arbitrary rules and hacks. We will try to get your device and see what we have to do so it works on your device as well.

This problem is happen progress rate at the 10% and my phone did not locks the screen. After that, it come out the warm" error client lost during upload" and " success my phone connect" progress rate promote to 50% and it said it is done.

Does this happen only with the "high performance" option? If yes, this should be fixed on the beta version of the desktop application today.

Can you try uninstalling the app and install this version? https://www.wallpaperengineapi.com/wallpaper-engine-2.0.20.apk Do the file associations work better with this version?

No, I did use all the options i can use. It happen the same reaction.
(except high performance will be slow than other options) after i using send to my phone, progress bar will show"uploading to my phone" "converting wallpaper" when near 50% It said "error client lost during upload" i record the process. I will send to your email.
