Mobile homescreen scrolling is not working.

I've been to a few forums about I've seen none that could help solve this issue I've tried it on multiple wallpapers and none seem to work if anyone could help I'd be very appreciated.

Not all phones provide the scrolling info for the wallpaper, which phone do you have? There is no proper way for developers to check if this is provided so that's why the option will always show up.

If your phone doesn't support it, it may be possible to use thirdparty launcher like Nova which provides this for wallpapers.

My phone is a galaxy A32 5G wich i suppose would support it because device motion works but not homescreen scrolling

The device motion option and the homescreen scrolling option are fundamentally different, in this case, your phone simply does not support this particular sub-feature because Samsung does not forward the homescreen position to live wallpaper apps.

I was able to make Homescreen Scrolling to work with my Wallpaper Engine, but for this, it requires that the Samsung phone (mine is Galaxy A52s 5G) has Nova Launcher installed and more than 1 homescreen created with it. Then it will work. But it might be buggy to make it work - some re-attempts may be required with the Wallpaper Engine's wallpaper application until it works finally.
