Can't change my wallpaper

Hello, I was using a specific wallpaper and after restarting my pc a few days ago my desktop out of nowhere changed to an old wallpaper and now I can't change it, when I click in a wallpaper nothing happens.

Does someone know how to fix this?

Edit: The versioning is causing the problem, I had updated my mobo bios and now current update and beta simply don't allow me to change the wallpaper, going back to previous update fixes it but I can't download some wallpapers in that version. Any thoughts?
