Live wallpaper freezes every Windows start

Never had this problem before, but the live wallpaper always freezes everytime i logon to windows since i fresh installed the windows. I always have to reset my gpu (ctrl+win+shift+B) in order to make the live wallpaper moves. Also the wallpaper would still freeze even after i played full screen program, Is there any solution to this?

Still nothing, updated the windows, graphic driver, and every options there. My animated wallpaper still freezes everytime i Start Windows.

Can you try resetting Wallpaper Engine? Hit the red reset button at the bottom of the "General" tab of the Wallpaper Engine settings. If it pauses on your desktop, it sounds like the app is somehow configured to pause whenever some basic Windows app is running, for example. A reset would fix that.

Already tried reset, i never changed the default setting which for wallpaper to keep animating if the other app focused and if other app plays audio, while the rest is pause.
Yes, the wallpaper will animate if i restart the app, restart graphic card, or restart windows. But it's kinda annoying having to manually enable wallpaper animation every each time.
