Could you run our analysis tool and send me the log file it generates, I will take a look if I can spot anything odd:
https://help.wallpaperengine.io/en/debug/scantool_support.html
I would start by uninstalling both your Intel and Nvidia graphics drivers and then reinstall the latest ones for your system.
Here are the latest Nvidia drivers:
https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/details/245377/
Make sure to tick the "Perform clean reinstallation" (or similar) checkbox during setup.
And for your Intel GPU, use the Intel tool to detect the correct drivers:
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html
Afterwards, restart your system and try again.
