Wallpaper Engine

View Stats:
wallpaper engine almost dailys keeps "updating" with 2gb files.
is this common? i have huge collection though, around 6k wallpapers.

This can happen if Steam has an issue with its file management which triggers it to redownload some Workshop content repeatedly. This is usually caused by corrupted files or because you may have deleted some Workshop files manually. Usually I would suggest to do a Steam Workshop reset but that could be a pain in the ass if you want to keep your 6000 wallpapers. You could mark all the wants you want to keep as favorites or place them in a collection and then still do the reset:

Alternatively, you can also try to just reinstall Wallpaper Engine via Steam once and see if that helps. Make sure to uninstall the app, then restart Steam and only then reinstall the app.

thank you for your suggestion, i decided to delete and completely redownload everything, lets see if it helps, i will update thread later.
