I've noticed Wallpaper Engine 64bit is really hard on the CPU when it shouldn't be. I have also tested the same with the 32bit version and it's the exact same. I think the devs need to be aware about the extremely high CPU usage when starting with windows. Only after the OS starts does it calm down.
