Static Wallpaper Issue after Win11 Update

I forgot when i noticed that this was happening, but the wallpaper engine seem to be stuck on static wallpaper after 2 boot(2 days basically). On the 3rd time, the wallpaper just goes static, changing to other wallpaper does seem like it was working(accent color and music changes) but the previous wallpaper that was bugged into static mode was still there as if it was burned on top of the new one.
I had to restart twice to clear it every single time, this has been happening for this whole december(at least when i noticed that it started happening). Reinstalling / deleting config doesn't seem to fix it either. I also noticed that the wallpaper that was stuck in static stays even after i uninstalled wallpaper engine until i restarted it(it does the same like earlier as if the wallpaper was burned on top of the new one)
Not sure if this is a known bug but i hope there's a way to fix this, really don't want to restart my device solely to fix the wallpaper engine whenever it decided to bug out like that.
