SOS Error 80004001

I want to upload a new set of solutions. The video displays normally on the computer and can be played normally. However, when entering editing, it cannot display properly and displays:
Error failed handling MF video event:80004001 (1)
Error failed handling MF video event:80004001 (2)
I also can't edit the GIF thumbnail, the sound keeps sounding for 0.1 seconds, and then the screen goes black.
But after I save the plan, I can select the plan as a wallpaper normally, and everything runs normally in the background. What problem did I encounter?

I'm having a very similar problem. I'm creating a 4k wallpaper with an AV1 mp4 file and it works normally, both the video and the sound are fine. I can even change the preview image. But when I try to upload it I get the same error. Did you find a solution?

if you do not want to run into problem you need use x264 encoding with mp4 container
