High Gpu utilisation

I just updated the wallpaper engine and after that noticed my GPU fan whining like crazy for context I have an Rx 6600 latest drivers and before updating the wallpaper engine took like 10 to 15% of GPU utilisation and its OK. But now I'm seeing 60% GPU utilisation it's draining my in-game performance Pls fix this bug.

if your concern is in game performance you should enable (pause) when application maximized/fullscreen

and I hope you are not using the windows task manager to look at your gpu utilisation , because it does not show the real usage
