If you have any mdmp files in the application directory from the issue, please also attach the latest mdmp files.
Also it could help a lot to know if anything has changed when this issue started. It looks like you have been using the program for a while but you didn't have this issue. Do you know what happened right before this issue started to occur, like an update to Windows or another software or a subscription to a new wallpaper?
When does the problem occur exactly? When you open the program immediately or when you do something specific later?

Thanks. Regarding the mdmp files, it looks like DirectX (d3d11.dll in the crash message) in Windows is crashing. But these crashes are from 25th of February, maybe these mdmps are older and not related to the issue? Is this the last time the crash occurred?
It looks like there shoudl be an update for the integrated AMD GPU, please try reinstalling and updating both graphics drivers, for the AMD and Nvidia GPU, this might help regarding the DirectX problem.
Also try to disable any experimental driver features like AMD antilag, ReLive or Nvidia Share recording just in case. This kind of issue can also be caused by DirectX hooks which manipulate the program and can crash it.

Alright in this case I believe that no mdmp is being produced for the recent issues.
Please try resetting the configuration of the program. You can make a backup of the file or move it to the desktop and perhaps it can be restored later. For now, it might help to try starting with a clean configuration.
Please remove this file while the program is fully closed (but move it to the desktop so you can restore it easily): D:\steam\steamapps\common\wallpaper_engine\config.json Now try using the program again. Does the issue return immediately? Or does it return when you select a wallpaper etc? It might help to know in which situation the issue occurs again exactly.

Then perhaps it may help to confirm whether clash is manipulating the program memory directly.
For this purpose, please create the log file while the wallpaper browser is open. I assume the crash occurs only in the browser and not the wallpaper itself.
Since Steam does not allow launching the app while it is running, you first have to open the browser, then run the diagnostics directly from here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\wallpaper_engine\bin\diagnostics64.exe
Please send us this log while the browser is open so we can check for an intrusion or what else the cause might be.

Does the issue perhaps only start to occur with a clean installation after a mobile device has been paired?
In the log I notice a lot of invalid connection attempts. Perhaps these occur due to the VPN adapter sending a response back to the program.
Could you try removing all mobile devices and restarting the program? Does the issue still occur now when there are no paired devices?
