Report a translation problem
Try reinstalling your graphics card drivers and check if that works. Since your screen is turning off completely, it's almost guaranteed to be related to your graphics card. It could also be your cable, though I think it's rather unlikely. Since the RX480 is pretty old and not that powerful, it might be running into some weird driver issues due to your multi-screen setup.
You can also try and share the scan tool from our log file as described here, I can take a look but it's likely on hardware level and will not be logged by Wallpaper Engine or Windows:

Thanks, I'll do some of those stuff and test different drivers as well. If it's hardware level, I'm actually glad to hear that the issue is highly likely to be related to my old graphics card since I was quite worried that my new bought monitor is defective.
