ui32.exe refuses to shutdown even with task manager

This is really annoying, this process won't even force close with task manager, I cannot update this damn thing because of it.

Okay I tried to do another thing with task manager, turns out it just game me a big ass ACCESS DENIED.

What the actual f**k is this, how the hell does it have access that won't allow me to force quit it?

The message is probably just misleading and a restart of the PC should solve it. Ui32.exe is simply Google Chrome/Chromium and unfortunately Google is unable to make it 100% stable. It's only used by the wallpaper browse/editor window and not the actual background wallpaper application.

But FYI Wallpaper Engine has the lowest possible access to anything. It's a user level application. It has even less access than Steam.
