Nahimic

Unknown audio hook

Avast Antivirus - Make sure to exclude the wallpaper_engine directory from your antivirus app, then restart your PC. It's currently injected into Wallpaper Engine permanently according to your log file.
Nahimic (may be rebranded under a different name, it's usually pre-installed bloatware on notebooks and PCs from certain manufacturers and is usually some sort of "audio enhancement" software)
Intel Graphics Card drivers - If they have an option to disable some sort of in-game overlay, consider turning it off to reduce its footprint.
Wallpaper Engine RGB Plugin - If you do not need it, you can turn it off in the "Plugins" tab of the Wallpaper Engine settings.
