Issues with youtube livestream backgrounds

I've been using youtube livestreams as my background for a while now, and they're working great. However I found an issue with them. For some reason, they will be offset in the top left of my screens, by about 15 pixels on both axis. I assume that has to do with the edge webview, when opening a normal youtube video through the normal view manager, it works just fine.

Is there a way to set a negative offset, to at least center it, or just have them work true fullscreen?
