Screen refresh rate changes depending of wallpaper

Hello guys,
Just wondering if any of you have noticed some issues with Wallpaper Engine, where your refresh rate lowers to 60hz for example, even if you have another setting in Windows.

Once you close wallpaper engine, you notice your current setting (120 Hz in my case)
I'm using AMD GPU, latest drivers, already tried to downgrade.

and you GPU also have a background fps limiter in the control panel

Awesome, that kinda worked!
I already had 120 fps there, but I remember having this setting at 60 fps, but my system still running at 120 Hz (explorer and other software).

I guess I'll set Wallpaper Engine at 120 fps and see if it doesn't increase my GPU usage at idle.
