Wallpaper Engine keeps resetting on startup

I dont know why, but wallpaper engine randomly started to reset everytime I boot my pc. It normally opens on startup with windows, but acts like I opened it first time, it shows tutorial and none of my wallpapers are saved. Even if I set them, when I reboot pc it goes from the beginning again. I tried reinstalling it.

it looks like an autorisation problem

are you the admin of that computer ?
that sound like you are not

or are you running steam or wallpaper as an administrator that might be the problem

Yes im admin, but I guess I tried to make it work with and without enabling higher priority, both times didnt work.

It sounds like your config file is locked. Try a full reinstallation which includes a full deletion of the wallpaper_engine directory:
