Just to confirm, do both of them not work or is the issue limited to only Chroma or only iCUE?
Please follow this guide and share the log it creates with us via email (see the guide for the address): https://help.wallpaperengine.io/en/debug/scantool.html if Wallpaper Engine is crashing please check if you have any .mdmp files in the installation directory from the crashes and attach them to the email too.
edit:i checked the files and i have around 10 crash files but i believe they are all from the same reason (because i have had a lot of crashes from my gpu drivers) so i just sent the three most recent ones but let me know if i should send them all
The log does show a number of hooking programs that can easily crash Wallpaper Engine if they aren't built correctly. Can you disable Razer Cortex or at least disable it for Wallpaper Engine? There is also "COSMOTE Total Security" which is hacking Wallpaper Engine, please try to exclude it from this so it can run without risks.
If you can't get it to work you could temporarily uninstall Razer Cortex and COSMOTE Total Security and see if that makes any difference, you can always reinstall them later, but this is the easiest way to make sure.
i didnt find any way to disable wallpaper engine from cosmote total security cause it never showed any trace that its blocking it so i tried uninstalling it and running it again but the same problem seemed to occur, i also saw from another post something about trying to run the beta mode of the wallpaper but that did not work either. i ran the sustem conflicts checker again and i saw the file and it said that the fps checker from razer cortex might be blocking it and because i couldnt find any way to block it from wallpaper engine specifically i just turned it off completely and it still has the same problem but now it takes a much longer time for the lights to turn white, it stops for like 10 seconds and then it turns white rather than immediately turning white. ill send you the new system conflicts file that i just ran.
