open wallpaper engine setting and configure it to run on startup
install wallpaper engine screensaver and select and configure your screensaver
then when you are done, open wallpaper engine window and click on the DISPLAY word at the top and click on remove wallpaper then click on ok , restart your PC and see it that work
Now, If I can just get Windows 10 Pro to actually 'start' the screensaver when it hits the time... Right now, that is fubar..
I believe you can tell window to go in screnesaver mode at a Scheduled hour by using the window Task Scheduler , press your win key and search for "Task Scheduler"
