[BUG] Washed out colour when HDR turned on

there is a small bug that causes wallpaper engine to show washed colours in hdr

steps how reproduce:
1) Have HDR turned off in Windows
2) turn on wallpaper engine
3) set some wallpaper that supports bloom/hdr
4) turn on HDR in windows settings
5) the wallpaper has washed out/dark colours
6) when you turn Ultra (HDR) off and then back on in wallpaper engine settings, it fixes itself and starts showing colours properly
