Stop wallpaper moving with mouse?
I've noticed some wallpapers shift a little as I move the cursor, which I normally don't want. Is there a way to find a setting to turn this off (or re-edit the wallpaper myself to stop this behavior)? The specific one I'm looking at right now is here: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1595037011, and (as far as I can tell) all its associated presets.

As Capt.Luke said this is a web type and you don't have that option.
If you are using other wallpapers that are "scene" type you can disable that movement by unchecking the "Mouse Parallax" in the user properties.
