wallpaper Engine Download Failed Disk write error

Hi need help..... after update this error came out. i uninstalled it and even removed the files in the folder but this error kept coming back now i can't use wallpaper engine. how do solve this error?

make sure to white list the steam download folder and the wallpaper engine instalation folder
