Screensaver not working on startup

Wallpaper works. But the screen saver is not working. When I turn off the computer and turn it on again, the screen saver does not activate.
When I launch the Wallpaper Engine application via Steam, the screen saver works. I don't want my screen saver to be activated by running the application via Steam all the time.

What should I do? I really tried every solution on the internet but it doesn't work. When I reset the computer, I want my screen saver to run without having to start the application.

The screen saver is launched by Windows, not Wallpaper Engine. The root cause and the fix must be somewhere else. Essentially, Windows fails to start "any" screensaver for you. Usually this happens because another program is blocking your computer from going into its idle state. Check your Windows screensaver activation settings and the Windows power settings in general.
