Assets still present after Uninstall

The default wallpaper and an audio recorder are still present and running after uninstalling Wallpaper Engine.

I unsubscribed from all content and uninstalled wallpaper engine. After restarting the computer the wallpaper and the audio recorder are still running. Searched my steam folder and my local roaming and could not find anything.

Reinstalled Wallpaper Engine and verified integrity of files, uninstalled again, yet the assets are still present. Tried outright deleting all Wallpaper Engine files/folders, did nothing.

PLEASE HELP!

Secondly, Wallpaper Engine does Not appear anywhere in the Task Manager.
The wallpaper only appears on my lock screen and the audio recorder appears on both the lock and home screen.

Also used Autoruns to check startup programs, but found nothing.
